Women's Golf Finishes Ninth at Lady Northern Invitational

Karyn Stordahl and Terra Petsinger were the most consistent golfers for Minnesota. Stordahl shot rounds of 77-78-77-232 (+13) to tie for 23rd, while Petsinger fired rounds of 77-79-78-234 (+15) to tie for 30th place. Katie Jacobson placed 46th with a 23-over-par 242. Kirstin Whalen and Sarah Butler both tied for 50th at 246 (+27), and Anna Haag finished in 58th place with a 251 (+32).
The Golden Gopher women's golf team next competes in the Shootout at the Legends Oct. 6-8.
