Golden Gopher Diving Inks Jessica Livingston

WoodlanDiving coach Mike Martens has announced that Jessica Livingston has signed a National Letter of Intent. She will join the Golden Gopher swimming and diving team for the 2004-05 season.
The Woodlands, Texas native, Livingston is a former 3-meter diving junior champion. In her career, Livingston has represented USA Diving twice. Her first appearance was at the 2002 World Junior Championships held in Germany, while her second was at the 2003 Junior Pam Am Diving meet in Brazil. Livingston is an all-around diver, performing in the 1-meter, the 3-meter and the platform, which was become her strongest event.
"We're very excited to have Jessica as a part of our program and are thrilled that she signed with the University of Minnesota," Martens said. "She has the toughness and desire to go along with her talent and we feel that she can make a difference for our team."
