Gold Country Run/Walk and Gopher Fan Fest This Saturday

The 5K Run/Walk kicks off the day's festivities at 9:30 a.m. Registration forms for the 5K Run and Goldy's Gallop are being accepted through Friday on the Golden Gopher website gophersports.com or by calling the Gopher Ticket Office at 612-624-8080 or 1-800-U-GOPHER. Race-day registration takes place from 7-9 a.m. at the Gibson-Nagurski Football Practice Facility. The entry fee is $20 for adults and $15 for students.
Goldy's Gallop is a special event for young Gopher fans ages 4-12 and will be run at 10:30 a.m. at the Gibson-Nagurski Football Practice Facility. Entry fee for the Gallop is $10.
The day's festivities conclude with the Gopher Fan Fest. The Fan Fest features Gopher coaches and student-athletes available for autographs and pictures, and interactive games, food and refreshments.
