Gopher Women Head To Regional Gymnastics Championships

Gophers Head To Regionals
The University of Minnesota women's gymnastics team will compete in the NCAA North Central Regional Championships at Magness Arena in Denver, Colo., this Saturday, Apr. 3, at 6 p.m.

Scouting The Competition
Stanford, Washington, Denver, Iowa and Southern Utah will join the Gophers at the regional. Stanford is ranked second in the nation with a regional qualifying score of 197.645, Washington is ranked 11th with a score of 197.010, Denver is 14th with a score of 196.895, Iowa is 20th with a 196.730, and Southern Utah qualified with an RQS of 195.900. The Gophers have the fifth-highest regional qualifying score with a 196.175.
