What is your favorite food? chicken fettucine alfredo

Favorite musical group/band? Rascal Flatts

Favorite TV show? I don't have time to watch TV!

Favorite magazine to read? People

Favorite thing about living in Minnesota? the change of seasons

What's your most treasured posession? my dog, Buddy

Favorite class you've taken at the "U"? psychology

Favorite place to compete on the road? Seattle was the best city last year, but it would have been a better trip if I hadn't been injured in the meet at Washington

Favorite event to compete in? vault

Describe yourself in three words or less: creative, a perfectionist

If you had an entire day of free time, how would you spend your time? hanging out with friends, writing or e-mailing to friends and family back home, drawing and painting

What is one place you've always wanted to visit, but have never been to?Australia

If you could meet any famous person, who would you want to meet?Dominique Dawes, she's extremely intelligent, and is a great gymnast

If you won a million dollars, what is the first thing you would buy? a horse

When you were five years old, what did you think you would grow up to be? a veterinarian

Before a competition, what do you do to prepare yourself for the meet?hang out with the team, we get each other excited, it's so much different than club gymnastics where you're alone, the team is really important here

What is your favorite part of a gymnastics meet in the Sports Pavilion? the enthusiasm of the crowd, the crowd really gets into the meet here

How did you choose your major (neuroscience)? I had to go to a biology camp the summer before I started college, and I went to three days of seminars about different careers in the biology field. I thought that neuroscience sounded really interesting, I would like to do research or maybe be a professor.

What has been the most challenging thing about your college experience? time management and fitting everything into my schedule without getting to stressed out

What is the best bit of advice that you’ve received from the coaches? relax and don't stress too much, that will only bring you down further

What are you looking forward to most for the 2006 season? I think our team will be really strong with a whole lot of new talent combined with the returning gymnasts. I think we can contend for a Big Ten title and a trip to the national meet.

What are your goals for the upcoming season? to let myself heal from last year's injury, and not rush to compete before I'm sure that I'm healthy

What do you plan to do when your college days are over? go to grad school
