- Golf goals - as a junior player and
a collegiate player - Where you want to be in 5 years
Tournament Results
Divide results into three categories:
- Local
- State/Regional
- National
For Each Category Provide the Following:
- Date
- Tournament Name and Location
- Name and Par of Golf Course
- Scores (72-70-68=210)
- Place of Finish and size of field (Example 1st/100)
- Weather Conditions (windy, cold, rain, etc.)
- Yardage/Course Rating/Slope (7,250 yds/ 72.3 / 146)
