Chris Rombough Named Big Ten Runner of the Week

Minnesota sophomore Chris Rombough was named the Big Ten Conference Runner of the Week after finishing second at the Jim Drews Invitational last Saturday. Rombough posted a career-best 6-kilometer time of 24 minutes, 10.12 seconds, finishing as the Golden Gophers’ number-one runner for the first time.

No. 14 Minnesota is idle this weekend as the Gophers prepare for the Big Ten Conference Championships on Sunday, Oct. 29, at Indiana.
