Special Projects
Individual sports at the University of Minnesota often have very specialized needs related to facilities and equipment. Private gifts can play a major role acquiring key resources necessary for team and individual success. Fundraising initiatives for these specific needs are considered Special Projects. In all cases, gifts made in support of Special Projects are considered a contribution to the overall Golden Gopher Fund. In some instances, fundraising programs for special projects might provide specific forms of donor recognition.
