Gophers Finish Tied for 14th at Longhorn Invitational

Individually, the Gophers were led by sophomore Emily Brand who finished in a tie for 42nd at 241. Freshman Suvi Mantyiemi finished a stroke behind Brand in a tie for 46th after an 80 in the final round. Freshman Sydney Liles carded the best round ot the day for the Gophers with a 77 enabling Liles to move up into 67th place. Freshman Young Na Lee finished 75th at 252 after a final round 81 and junior Sophie Stubbs was 76th at 254.
Minnesota returns to action on Apr. 22-23 at the Ohio State Invitational in Columbus, Ohio.
