Gophers Finish In 15th Place at Lady Buckeye

The Gophers were led by freshmen Sydney Liles and Suvi Mantyniemi who each fired a final round 76. Liles tied for 53rd at 15-over 231 and Mantyniemi climbed into a tie for 63rd at 20-over 236. Junior Sophie Stubbs carded a third round 83 and finished 69th at 24-over 240. Sophomore Emily Brand carded a 77 Sunday, her best round of the tournament, and finished 72nd at 26-over 242. Freshman Young Na Lee finished 75th at 39-over 255.
The Gophers will compete in the Big Ten Championships next weekend in Bloomington, Ind.
