Delinda L. Blanck Interim Director of Development
Major Gift Officer
Delinda, in her fifth year at Minnesota, is responsible for the area of major gifts with her primary focus on endowed scholarships and capital campaigns. In addition, Delinda has been named Interim Director of Development and will manage the Golden Gopher Fund office on a daily basis. Delinda has extensive experience in athletics development, having worked in the athletics departments at both Nebraska and Northwestern University. Delinda is a native of Brainerd, MN and received her undergraduate degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. She will be completing her masters degree in sports administration from the University of Minnesota in 2007.

Vivian A. Langley Major Gift Officer
Vivian is no stranger to intercollegiate athletics having coached 16 years, including seven seasons as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Golden Gopher volleyball team. Vivian also served as Director of Membership Services at the American Coaches Association for five years before returning to the Twin Cities. Her main focus on the Golden Gopher Fund team is scholarship endowments and raising money for capital projects.

Associate Development Officer
Joe graduated from the University of Minnesota and was a member of the Golden Gopher Football team. He then went on to play for the Green Bay Packers for two years. Joe recently joined the Golden Gopher Fund team and is pursuing his MBA. Joe's major focus will be raising money for capital campaigns and endowed scholarships.

Mike oversees all Annual Fund and donor recognition activities. An alum and former letter winner at the University of Minnesota, Mike is entering his 12th year in the development office. Mike will be completing his masters degree in sport administration from the University of Minnesota in the spring of 2007.

Joyce Guelich Assistant to the Director
Joyce assists the Development Director and works closely with our Major Gift and Endowment campaigns. Joyce is also responsible for providing administrative support to our Athletics Advisory Board/Development Committee. Joyce has been with the University of Minnesota since 1996.

Jessica Fleischmann Associate Director of Donor Services
Jessica is in her fourth year working in the Golden Gopher Fund. After graduating from the U of M in December of 2003, she began her work with the Golden Gopher Fund. Jessica is responsible for the management of all donor benefits, coordinting annual fundraising events, gift reporting and transmittals. She also manages the student-athlete scholarship funds.

Becky Hennen Donor Services Coordinator
Becky has worked in the Golden Gopher Fund office since March of 2003 and is in her second year as Donor Services Coordinator. Becky's primary roles in the Golden Gopher Fund are managing the Assured Seating program, assisting with managing and distributing donor benefits, and coordinating annual fundraising events along with other special projects. She recently earned her degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of Minnesota and is currently pursuing her masters degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota as well.
