Golden Gophers Close out 2006 Season This Week

The Golden Gopher softball team closes out the 2006 season this week at Jane Sage Cowles Stadium. Minnesota hosts North Dakota State for a Wednesday doubleheader beginning at 4 p.m. On Saturday, the Golden Gophers open a three-game set against South Dakota State. The first game will begin at 2 p.m. On Sunday, the two teams will meet for a doubleheader beginning at Noon. Seniors Valerie Alston, Lindsey Erickson and Stefanie Watt will be honored on Sunday.
