Job Description
- Provide Assistance to the “M” Club Director with the Following:
- Hall of Fame Banquet
- Hall of Fame Selection Process
- “M” Club Golf Outing
- Coordinating Program to Honor Past ICA Teams & Athletes in all Sports (Reunions, Anniversaries, etc.)
- Developing and Maintaining Comprehensive Letterwinners’ Data Base/Listings
- Working with ICA Golden Gopher Fund and “M” Club Membership (New Football Stadium, etc.)
- Coordinating ICA Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Awards Process
- Managing “M” Club Website on gophersports.com
- Coordinating All “M” Club Communication, Including but not Limited to, Monthly “M” Club Newsletter, “M” Club Page in “Gopher Source”, etc.
- Assist Life Skills Program Coordinator with Student-Athlete Career Panel Programs
- Organizing “M” Club Student-Athlete Career Days
- Additional Duties as Assigned by the “M” Club Director
- Provide Assistance to the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration with the Following:
- New Priority Points System
- Football Home Game Fan Focus Groups
- Support TCF Bank Stadium Project Efforts
- Additional Duties as Assigned by the Assistant Athletics Director for Administration
- Provide Assistance to the Compliance Office with the Following:
- Monitoring/Auditing Compliance Logs
- Updates to Compliance Newsletter
- Updates Following Compliance Educational Sessions
- General Office Related Tasks as Assigned
