2007-08 University of Minnesota/Big Ten Administration Internship Position
Job Description


Provide Assistance to the “M” Club Director with the Following:
  • Hall of Fame Banquet
  • Hall of Fame Selection Process
  • M” Club Golf Outing
  • Coordinating Program to Honor Past ICA Teams & Athletes in all Sports (Reunions, Anniversaries, etc.)
  • Developing and Maintaining Comprehensive Letterwinners’ Data Base/Listings
  • Working with ICA Golden Gopher Fund and “M” Club Membership (New Football Stadium, etc.)
  • Coordinating ICA Undergraduate and Post-Graduate Awards Process
  • Managing “M” Club Website on gophersports.com
  • Coordinating All “M” Club Communication, Including but not Limited to, Monthly “M” Club Newsletter, “M” Club Page in “Gopher Source”, etc.
  • Assist Life Skills Program Coordinator with Student-Athlete Career Panel Programs
  • Organizing “M” Club Student-Athlete Career Days
  • Additional Duties as Assigned by the “M” Club Director
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications
Former U of M student-athlete. Minority candidates encouraged to apply.

Salary
$12,000
