Minneapolis, Minn. - Golden Gopher wrestling's Dustin Schlatter has been getting a lot of attention lately, following his qualification for the US World Freestyle Team on May 30. 

In a feature to air Monday, July 6, on the KSTP channel five 6:00-7:00 pm newscast, Schlatter spoke with photojournalist John Gross about the upcoming World championships. 

Also recently, Schlatter was the subject of a BigTen.com feature about his year off from intercollegiate competition in preparation for the World Team trials.

Currently, Schlatter is in Colorado Springs, Colo. at the US Olympic Training Center, preparing for September’s World Championships in Herning, Denmark.
