Gophersports.com caught up with sophomore defensive specialist Jessica Granquist and head coach Mike Hebert to talk about the first day of fall practice on Monday, Aug. 10.

Golden Gopher players will be blogging at the end of each day about fall practice, and how the preparation for the beginning of the 2009 season is going for the team.
