Cedar Falls, Iowa - Golden Gopher Wrestling fans that are not able to make the trip to the NWCA/Cliff Keen National Duals this weekend, can follow along with all the action through a live video feed.
Minnesota is one of 16 teams invited to the annual tournament, held on Jan. 9 and 10 this year, and for just five dollars fans can watch the entire weekend of action. The NWCA/Cliff Keen National Duals are hosted by the University of Northern Iowa, with the event held on campus at the UNI Dome. Other teams that will be competing include (with NWCA national ranking listed) No. 22 Arizona State, Bloomsburg, No. 8 Boise State, Buffalo, No. 5 Central Michigan, No. 7 Cornell, No. 1 Iowa, No. 2 Iowa State, No. 17 Missouri, No. 14 Nebraska, Northwestern, No. 3 Ohio State, Northern Iowa, No. 8 Maryland, No. 6 Minnesota and No. 18 Wisconsin.
The Gophers have won the National Duals five times previously, most recently in their 2007 National Championship season. Minnesota also won National Duals championships in 1998, 2001, 2002 and 2006.
In the latest NWCA National Rankings Minnesota is number six, and will enter the tournament with a 3-2 dual meet record. Both of Minnesota's losses have come to teams ranked in the top-five.
