"I thought it was a really well played game by North Dakota State. They played with a lot of heart. We got the early goal, and then we had a lot of chances. We just didn't put a fork in it. When you're playing like that, and you're playing a team that is such a hardworking group like North Dakota State is, then you're with a lot of circumstances in the NCAA tournament that you don't want to happen. We had one defensive break down, and they scored a heck of a goal off it."
On missed chances...
"As the game was going on, I was thinking 'Holy Moly, I hope this isn't turning into one of those cinderella stories and Cinderella is the other team.'"

"For us, obviously a tremendous effort from our players. I'm really proud of them, and [it was] just a great year for us. It's tough to lose, but I couldn't be more proud of our seniors, our players, and the crowd support was fantastic.
On staying with Texas A&M...
"For us, it's something we've been doing all year. We've been playing back from one-goal deficits. Obviously, it's tough to take [the first penalty kick goal], but it happens, and for us, it wasn't an unfamiliar place. We've been there before, and it comes down to effort and fighting, and I knew our girls had it in them. I'm just really proud of them."
