The Minnesota women's soccer team returns to action today in an NCAA second round matchup against Texas A&M at Elizabeth Lyle Robbie Stadium. Today's game is slated for a 1 p.m. start time with the opportunity to advance to the Round of 16 on the line.
The postseason contest marks the first-ever meeting between Minnesota and Texas A&M. The Gophers beat Creighton 4-2 on Friday night to advance out of the opening round while Texas A&M advanced passed North Dakota State on penalty kicks earlier in the day.
