AWARDS: Awards for 1ST place for all individual events and all members of the 1ST place relay teams.
ENTRIES: Rosters are due by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Each school may enter up to 3 contestants in the individual events and 1 relay team per relay event. Two entries per school in the 3200, 1600 meter runs and the pole vault. You will be using an online entry system, Go to the Indoor Track page of www.raceberryjam.com, in Upcoming Events look for ROTC High School Championship, click where it says "Coaches: Click Here." You will be asked to enter your "user name and password;" If ou entered any meet thru raceberryjam.com (including this one) last year, your user name and password are on file. Click where it says to if you've "forgotten" your password; enter your email address and the password will be emailed to you immediately. After entering your password, select the meet and gender of the team and then select your athletes' names from a list (if they were entered in a raceberryjam meet last year) or enter their names in a form.
LOCKERS: None available. Please dress at your own school.
INDOOR TRACK: Mondo surface for all running and jumping events. ONLY 1/4" spikes are allowed. Shot /weight throwing circle is of concrete construction. Warm-up east of track proper. Blocks will be furnished for 60 meterraces and hurdles.
ELIBIBILITY: Minnesota State League rules will govern meet participation and is sanctioned by the National Federation of State High School Association. Individuals can compete in any combination of four track & field events, with this exception: No double of 1600 or 3200 meter runs, that individual can compete in one other running event of 800 meters or less. High school teams only, no club teams.
SCORING: Individual events and relays will be scored as follows: 1st-7 points, 2nd-5 points, 3rd-4 points, 4th-3 points, 5th- 2 points and 6th-1 point.
OFFICIALS: Each participating school must provide one official to help conduct championship competition. Selected officials, please report to scoring table at 8:45 a.m.
