OVERVIEW: Ranked as the No. 67 player in the State of Ohio by Rivals.com • listed as the No. 75 outside linebacker in the country by ESPN and Scouts Inc. • earned a three-star ranking from Rivals and a two-star rating from Scout • hybrid outside backer • long arms/large, 82-inch wingspan • first-step quickness and downhill burst make him tough to block on the edge • natural pass rusher, who gets to the edge quickly • has been timed at 4.58 in the 40-yard dash.
HIGH SCHOOL: Currently attends Central High School • helped lead his team to a 10-2 record in 2009 • earned Central All-District honors from the Associated Press • also named a Second-Team All-Ohio selection by AP • named to the Columbus Dispatch All-Metro first team • named Central High Defensive Player of the Year • led his team in tackles for loss • carried the ball 39 times for 219 yards (6.1 yards per carry) and six touchdowns • also a standout wrestler, who has qualified for the state wrestling tournament, been named all-city twice and is a three-time district tournament qualifier• coached by Jay Sharrett.
