Roy Griak Featured on Local Cable Show

Catch a great interview with the legendary Roy Griak on the Metro Cable Network, Channel 6, Monday at 9 p.m. on the Mary Hanson Show. Channel 6 is available throughout the metro area’s systems.

Griak speaks on leadership, his life and how the discipline of running transfers to other areas of life.

Griak, who retired after 33 years as the head coach of the Golden Gopher men’s cross country/track program in 1996, is still involved with Minnesota Athletics as an administrative assistant.
