Minnesota Kicks Off Seven-Game Road Swing at NDSU

Minnesota begins a two-week stretch where it plays seven games on the road when it travels to Fargo, N.D., for a single game on Tuesday, May 3, at 6:30 p.m. (CT).

This weekend, the Gophers will be in Ann Arbor, Mich., for a three-game series versus Michigan, with games on Friday, May 6 at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, May 7 at 12:00 p.m., and Sunday, May 8 at 12:00 p.m. Friday's game versus the Wolverines will be televised live on the Big Ten Network, and all four games this week can be heard for free live in the Gold Zone on GopherSports.com.

Minnesota is coming off a successful series versus Iowa, winning by scores of 1-0 and 5-4 (12 inn.), before dropping a 7-1 decision in the series finale. NDSU is 14-21 overall and 10-5 in the Summit League, while Michigan enters the week with a record of 13-28 overall and 6-9 in the Big Ten after getting swept at Ohio State over the weekend. Just two games separate the top five teams in the Big Ten standings heading into this weekend's games.
