TEAM CAMP
June 24-26, 2011
Ages: High School Aged Boys Teams
Cost: $600
Location: University of Minnesota and Minneapolis Area
Team Camp will be held at the University of Minnesota and various other facilities in the Twin Cities. The camp will provide competitive experience and all games will be officiated by experienced referees. Coach Smith and the University of Minnesota staff will provide demonstrations and discussions on improvement for your team. Each team must have an adult coach with them at all times, and must provide their own transportation to and from games.
OVERNIGHT CAMP
July 10-13, 2011
Ages: Boys 9-17
Cost: $400
Location: University of Minnesota
Coach Smith and his staff show campers a glimpse of college life. This four-day, three-night camp will provide an intense week of basketball instruction, development, competition and entertainment. Campers will stay in an air-conditioned dorm on the campus of the University of Minnesota. On the last day of camp, campers will be dismissed at 12pm following an awards ceremony.
EDEN PRAIRIE CAMP
July 25-28, 2011
Ages: Boys 8-17
Cost: $375
Location: Eden Prairie High School
Coach Smith is taking his summer basketball camp on the road again to Eden Prairie High School. The camp will provide a positive and fun teaching environment. Each day will include intense skill instruction from Minnesota staff and players. The camp hours are 9am - 5pm. On the last day of camp, campers will be dismissed at 12pm following an awards ceremony.
FATHER / SON CAMP
August 5-6, 2011
Ages: Fathers & Sons of all ages
Cost: $135 per father, $135 per son
Location: University of Minnesota
Coach Smith invites fathers and sons to an overnight camp together. This two-day, one night camp will focus on enhancing their bond as father and son, and help improve their basketball skills. A son may enroll in the Father/Son camp with a male guardian or friend of the family. Campers will stay in an air-conditioned dorm on the campus of the University of Minnesota. On Saturday, campers will be dismissed at 2pm following an awards ceremony.
Registration:
Full payment is due upon enrollment for the camp. No camper will be allowed to participate unless all fees have been paid in full and all medical forms and waivers are submitted at Check-In.
Insurance:
Tubby Smith Basketball Camp does not provide medical insurance. Each camper will be required to complete the signed parent medical release form to waive and release Tubby Smith Basketball Camp and the University of Minnesota from any and all liability for any injuries incurred while at camp. Tubby Smith Basketball Camp reserves the right to refuse any camper with pre-existing medical and/or physical history.
Cancellations/Refunds:
There is a $50 nonrefundable fee on all camp cancellations.
