#3 Keefer's 4th NCAA Appearance

Maggie Keefer has been a dominant force on the diving boards throughout her time at the University of Minnesota. B1G Diver of the Year, All-American, Big Ten Diver of the Championships, First Team All-Big Ten, CSCAA Scholar All-American were just some of her awards prior to her senior season with the Gophers.


Going into her fourth and final NCAA Championships, Keefer was no stranger to the pressure felt at the biggest meet of the season. During her junior season, Keefer took home the silver on the one-meter with a total of 332.40 points and was looking to continue her success in 2014.


On the one-meter boards, Keefer took fourth place with a total 328.20 points. During three-meter competition, Keefer collected 368.60 points for a ninth place finish. Finally, on the platform, Keefer placed 12th with a total 278.05 points.


Keefer individually scored 29 points for the Minnesota Golden Gophers, the most of anyone on the team and was recognized with All-American honors in each event.
