Gophers to Host U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Game

MINNEAPOLIS - Minnesota and St. Cloud State are set to face off in the 2014 U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame Museum Women's Face-Off Classic next Monday, Nov. 24. The game is set for 7 p.m. CT at Braemar Arena in Edina, Minn.
"I think it's really exciting for both us and St. Cloud but also the Edina hockey association," head coach Brad Frost said. "We're working closely with them to bring the Gophers and the Huskies to their home arena, and hopefully we'll get a great crowd with lots of young fans who aspire to play college hockey."
Tickets for the game are on sale now through Braemar Arena, priced at $7 for adults and $5 for youth and seniors. Kids wearing their youth hockey jerseys will receive $1 admission. All tickets are general admission.
Gopher women's hockey season ticket holders can expect to receive information about their tickets to the game via email and should contact the Gopher Ticket Office at 1-800-U-GOPHER or 612-624-8080 (Option 2) with questions.
The doors will open at 6 p.m., and fans should plan to arrive early. Those planning to purchase tickets at the door the night of the game should bring cash; credit cards will also be accepted, and an ATM is located in the lobby of Braemar Arena. Parking at Braemar is free.
Select members of the Gopher women's hockey team are scheduled to participate in an autograph signing in the concourse of Braemar Arena following the game.
