In this week's episode of Coach's Corner, Gopher Wrestling Head Assistant Coach Brandon Eggum breaks down top-ranked Minnesota's 20-19 victory over No. 9 Illinois last Sunday at the Sports Pavilion. The Gophers took six matches from the Illini, including major decisions (and key bonus points) from No. 1 Scott Schiller at 197 and No. 12 Michael Kroells at 285. Later in the dual, an extraordinary comeback from No. 1 Chris Dardanes turned three points for Illinois into three points for Minnesota, a critical swing in the tightly fought dual.
