Gophers to Host Goalkeeper Clinic

MINNEAPOLIS - The University of Minnesota women's soccer team will host a goalkeeper clinic in conjunction with Minnesota coach Andy Stoots, alongside other collegiate coaches and current U of M keepers.

Sessions will cover techniques and decision makin as a goalkeeper with emphasis on 1 v 1 situations, crosses, high balls and the mental approach to goalkeeping.

The clinic, open to boys and girls ages 12-18, will be held on Dec. 12, 2015 with sessions from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. All sessions will be on the Minneapolis campus of the University of Minnesota.
