"We are thrilled with the players that have chosen to become Gophers," head coach Brad Frost said. "Our culture is one where we want great people who happen to be good hockey players, and these young women exemplify that."

Lindsay Agnew, F (Oakville, Ontario)

She also attended the 2014 National Women's Team Fall Festival Camp in Calgary, Alberta. Agnew's national experience also includes time with Team Ontario, including winning gold as captain of Team Ontario Red at the 2015 U-18 national championships. With the Mississauga Jr. Chiefs, Agnew was an OWHA Provincial gold medalist, a PWHL Final 8 silver medalist, a two-time Stoney Creek University Showcase gold medalist, a two-time Union College Fall Fest gold medalist and a 2 Nations College Prep Series gold medalist. During her time with the Jr. Chiefs, Agnew has tallied 111 points (43g-68a) in 95 games, including 11 games this season. She is the daughter of Carolyn and David Agnew.

Frost on Agnew: "Lindsay is a strong forward with great hands and vision. She is responsible at both ends of the rink and has had great experiences playing at the World Championships with Hockey Canada."

Why Minnesota: "From my first visit to the University of Minnesota, I could really picture myself there, from both an academic and an athletic point of view. I feel that I can develop as a hockey player and a person with such an outstanding hockey program and amazing coaches. I love the culture of the team and the team first mentality," Agnew said.

Serena D'Angelo, G (Stoney Creek, Ontario)

Serena D'Angelo joins the Gophers from Stoney Creek, Ontario, where she plays for the Stoney Creek Sabres and has been a member of Team Ontario. She is in her second season with the Stoney Creek Jr. Sabres after spending two seasons with the Stoney Creek Midget AA Sabres from 2012-14. She has also attended Hockey Canada camps, including the Under-18 Strength and Conditioning Camp and Under-18 Goalie Camp. She is the daughter of Tom and Caroline D'Angelo.

Frost on D'Angelo: "Serena is a top level goalie coming out of the Toronto area. She is extremely quick, challenges appropriately and anticipates the play well. Serena just competed on Team Ontario Red which she won a gold medal at the Canadian U18 Nationals."

Why Minnesota: "I already knew that the academics were great and the hockey program was second to none, but when I first stepped on campus it really felt like home. I knew this is where I wanted to go," D'Angelo said.

Kippin Keller, F (Minnetonka, Minn.)

Kippin Keller, a left-handed forward, joins the Gophers from Minnetonka High School. A five-time hockey letterwinner and two-time all-conference honoree, Keller spent three years at Benilde-St. Margaret's High School before transferring to Minnetonka as a junior. At Benilde, Keller was teammates with current Gophers Caitlin Reilly and Kelly Pannek and helped BSM to three-straight North Suburban Conference championships from 2011-12 to 2013-14 along with a state runner-up finish in 2014. Frost on Keller: "Kippin is smooth-skating forward. She has the vision to set people up as well as the ability to score. She will be a great teammate and member of our team."

Why Minnesota: "I was born and raised in Minnesota, so playing hockey for the Gophers so close to my home in the state I love seemed like the right fit for me. I look forward to playing for an amazing hockey team and coaching staff at a university with great opportunities in the academic program I'm pursuing."
