In the latest episode of Coach's Corner, Head Assistant Coach Brandon Eggum looks back at last Saturday's 20-17 defeat at No. 3 Oklahoma State and a look ahead to the Minnesota lineup at this weekend's Cliff Keen Invitational in Las Vegas.
The Gophers split their 10 matches with the Cowboys last weekend, getting major decisions from Sam Brancale (133) and No. 6 Brett Pfarr (197), a pair of upset victories from Jake Short (149) and Brandon Kingsley (157), and a decision from No. 9 Michael Kroells (285).
In addition to looking back, Eggum also looks ahead to this weekend's Cliff Keen Invitational, an event the Gophers won last season. Eggum gives fans a look at which 10 Minnesota grappler to expect on the mat in Vegas this weekend.
