Unlimited Raises $26,000 for 2014-15 Season

Gopher Athletics assisted the Unlimited Dance Marathon to raise $26,177.31 in cash donations during the 2014-15 academic year, all of which directly benefits the University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital.Â
The Unlimited is a year-long fundraising and awareness campaign for the fight against pediatric health issues. In addition to the no-sitting, no-sleeping dance marathon, the event featured personal stories from children and families served through resources at Masonic. Participants dancing in the marathon earned pledges for their dance time.Â
Unlimited t-shirts and auction items were also available, while prizes were given out to attendees. With a total of in-kind donations for the event, the University of Minnesota raised another $31,223.14 with food donations, giveaways and prizes.
