BTN Announces Fall Championships Schedule

MINNEAPOLIS (GopherSports.com) – The Big Ten Network has announced extensive coverage of the 2016 Big Ten fall championships and tournaments including live broadcasts and streams of the Big Ten Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Championships and the Big Ten Women’s Soccer Tournament.
For the first time ever, the Big Ten Network will broadcast the 2016 Big Ten Cross Country Championships live on Sunday, Oct. 30 starting at 10 a.m. CT. The Gophers host this year’s conference meet at Les Bolstad Golf Course in Falcon Heights, Minn. The women’s six-kilometer race is set to go off at 10 a.m. with the men’s eight-kilometer to follow at 11 a.m.
Meanwhile, BTN’s women’s soccer tournament coverage also begins on Sunday, Oct. 30 with quarterfinal coverage at 3 p.m. CT. Live coverage of the semifinal round will begin at 2 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 4, with the second game to follow at 4:30 p.m. The championship game will air live at 1 p.m. CT on Sunday, Nov. 6.
All Big Ten Network televised events will also be available via stream on BTN2Go.
