MINNEAPOLIS -- Junior center Kelly Pannek has been honored as the WCHA Offensive Player of the Month for the month of November, the Western Collegiate Hockey Association announced Thursday.

Pannek had multiple points in five of six games in November, including four games with three or more points. Pannek has at least one assist in 14 of 16 games this season, including each of the last 12 games. She is on a team-best 12-game point streak dating back to Oct. 14.

She was second in goals per game (0.83), power-play goals (2), and plus/minus (+12); third in goals (5); fourth in shots on goal (25); and 13th in faceoff winning percentage (.529).

Among all NCAA players, Pannek led the way in assists, points, assists per game, and points per game during November. Her five goals were tied for 12th, and her 0.83 goals per game were tied for eighth. Pannek was second in the NCAA with six points on the power play.

Sixteen games into the season, Pannek leads the NCAA with 32 points, 2.00 points per game, 24 assists, 1.50 assists per game. Her 206 faceoff wins lead the WCHA, and her .599 faceoff winning percentage ranks third in the league.

This month's award is the second-straight WCHA Offensive Player of the Month award for the Gophers after Sarah Potomak took home the honors for October. This is Pannek's second career WCHA monthly award, as she was honored as the league's Offensive Player of the Month in October 2015. Pannek has earned two WCHA Offensive Player of the Week awards this season as well.

Pannek looks to continue her 12-game point streak when the No. 2 Gophers face off against the top-ranked Badgers on the road in Madison, Wis., this Saturday and Sunday.
