Gophers to Contend for B1G Title

MINNEAPOLIS ââ'¬" Head coach Sarah Hopkins discusses the 2017 Big Ten Conference Championship as the No. 19 Golden Gopher women's cross country team is set to race this Sunday.
"We all really think there are six teams that could win this thing," Hopkins said. "We're one of those six. We could run really well and win it. We could run really well and be sixth. There are six teams ranked right now in the top 25 in the country, so the national polls are showing the same thing."
Watch more from Hopkins as the Gophers prepare for Sunday's championship. The women's 6K race is scheduled for 10:45 a.m. CT following the men's 8K race at 9:45 a.m. CT at the IU Championship Cross Country Course in Bloomington, Ind.
