15 Gophers Start Season on NHL Rosters

MINNEAPOLIS (GopherSports.com) -- The Gopher Hockey program will proudly boast 15 alums on NHL rosters as the league begins play on Wednesday night including a pair of Stanley Cup champions in Phil Kessel and Nick Leddy.
Now in its 97th season of competition, the Gopher Hockey program has celebrated a total of 112 NHL alums in school history.
