Season Parking

Season Parking is available to season ticket holders in Lot 33, Lot 37, and the Maroon Lot. Please contact the Gopher Ticket Sales and Service Office for more information via email (GopherSports@umn.edu) or by phone (1-800-U-GOPHER).

Single Game Parking

Single game parking is available day of game only and can be purchased at each designated parking area. The recommended single game parking areas are Gold Lot, Ski-U-Mah Lot, and the Victory Lot. All parking is subject to availability. View parking areas around 3M Arena at Mariucci. Ramps and lots are credit/debit card only.

ADA Parking

ADA parking is available in each of the available parking facilities surrounding 3M Arena at Mariucci. Individuals must purchase a gameday parking pass for the lot/ramp in addition to possessing a government issued ADA placard to park in one of the designated ADA spaces. Individuals are encouraged to purchase a parking pass in the University Avenue Ramp for single game ADA parking. If the University Avenue Ramp is sold out, alternative options are the 4th Street Ramp followed by Oak Street Ramp.

Mobile Ticketing

Gopher Athletics has transitioned to mobile tickets for all sports beginning in the Fall of 2021. Fans may access tickets via the Minnesota Gophers Official App, a link in their email, or by logging on to their account at GopherSports.com/myaccount. Gameday Ticket Office Information

The Gopher Ticket Office is located on the east side of 3M Arena at Mariucci in the main lobby and is open 1 hour prior to puck drop. Windows at the main ticket office will be dedicated to ticket related issues. Above each window is signage indicating windows dedicated to general sales, will call, and premium tickets.

Will Call

Will Call opens 1 hour prior to puck drop and is located at the Gopher Ticket Office in the main lobby.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets that are lost or stolen can be replaced at the 3M Arena at Mariucci ticket office
- Refunds will not be issued
- Replacement tickets can only be issued to the person who originally purchased the tickets
- A valid ID must be shown to receive replacement tickets

Arena Policies / General Procedures / Entry

Public Gates (Open 1 Hour Prior to the Game)

Main Entrance - located off of Oak Street on the east side of the arena
West Entrance - located on the west side of the arena near Ridder Arena

Club Room Entry (Open 1.5 Hour Prior to Game Time)

Sundet Lobby Entrance - located off of SE 4th Street on the southwest side of the arena

Alcohol Sales Information

Beer, Wine, Hard Seltzer, Ready to Drink (RTD) cans, and Batch Cocktails are available for purchase throughout 3M Arena at Mariucci
Full-service bar is available in the Club Room as well as bottle service within the Suite Level featuring a variety of liquor options
Sales will start when doors open and conclude at the end of the 2nd intermission
There is a 2 drink maximum, per valid ID, per transaction
Must be 21 years old to purchase alcohol
Valid Minnesota papers and former state driver's license/ID Card will not be accepted as proof of age for alcohol purchases
Digital copies of ID's will not be accepted
Acceptable forms of identification:
- A Valid US State issued Driver's License or ID Card
- A Military ID Card issued by the US Department of Defense
- A Valid Passport or Passport Card issued by the United States or a Foreign Country
- A Minnesota Tribal ID Card which includes a photo, Date of Birth and Expiration Date
- A Valid Canadian Province Identification Card or Drivers License

Building Policies

University of Minnesota, including 3M Arena at Mariucci, is a smoke-free campus
No re-entry
All patrons and staff will be subject to search upon entry
No outside food or beverage allowed in 3M Arena at Mariucci
Children 2 years of age or under do not need a ticket
All students possessing a student ticket must have their ticket loaded through the Gopher Sports App
Access to premium areas is restricted to individuals with tickets or passes to the Club Room or Suites
All tickets will be mobile and electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets that cannot be verified will be referred to the main ticket office

Animals (except service animals)
Backpacks, luggage, grocery, duffle bags, large bags, large purses, cinch bags, computer bags, briefcases, fanny packs, and any other bag that does not meet the bag policy*
Balloons
Balls (beach balls, footballs, baseballs, etc.)
Banners or signs exceeding 24” x 36”
Boxes, wrapped gifts or items
Camcorders and tripods
Cameras with lenses over six inches long
Cans, bottles, and thermoses (exception: fans may bring an empty clear plastic bottle into the venue. Water fountains are available within the venue).
Chairbacks with structural metal frames or that attach to benches, soft seat cushions less than 2” thick without framing are permitted
Coolers of any kind, including small soft packs
Externally-Powered Heated Blankets**
Fireworks
Illegal drugs
Laptops, iPads, tablets, video cameras, or any large electronic devices

All fans and items are subject to screening upon entry by security personnel

Bags needed for medical purposes will be permitted. Gate Supervisor must screen the bag, and then it will be tagged with the proper medical tag.

* The only bags allowed in are clear plastic, vinyl, or tote bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.

** Heated blankets and/or seat-cushions (powered by an internally-enclosed battery ONLY) will be permitted after confirming that these items comply with all guidelines and are clear of any other prohibited items.

Venue personnel has the right to turn away any items at their discretion

Sportsmanship

The Big Ten Conference, University of Minnesota, and the Golden Gophers encourage good sportsmanship towards officials, opposing teams, and fans at all events.

Fans, coaches and student-athletes should not be subjected to hostile or discriminatory language or actions while attending or competing at Gopher Athletics events. No one should be harassed for their gender, race, religious belief, national origin, disability or sexual orientation. Racist, homophobic or transphobic language will not be tolerated. The University reserves the right to remove any individuals from University facilities at their discretion. The University of Minnesota appreciates the cooperation and support of everyone attending Gopher Athletics events.

Medical Emergency

Notify the nearest usher or utilize text 612-624-8080 to alert arena personnel
Do not touch or move the injured person or attempt first aid unless properly trained
The First Aid Booth is located on the concourse behind Section 18 & 19

Elevators

There are 3 elevators located throughout 3M Arena at Mariucci
- Section 2 - located in the Main Entrance lobby and provides access to Section 2 on the main concourse
- Section 11 - located in the Sundet Lobby and provides access to the main concourse and the club level
- Section 20 - not accessible from the exterior and provides access from the main concourse behind Section 20 to the suite level
