LeBlang, Hayden Take Second on Day Two

MINNEAPOLIS -
Golden Gopher swimming and diving saw a pair of top three finishes Friday night during day two of the Minnesota Diving Invite. Senior Alan LeBlang took second in the men's 1-meter competition with a score of 326.20, setting a season best score. Sophomore Kristen Hayden set a new personal record in the 3-meter, diving a score of 329.05 with a runner-up finish just 1.3 points shy of the top spot.

In the women's 1-meter, Morgan Justus set a new personal record of 310.65 points finishing fourth with Beth Etterman just behind her scoring 297.75 points.

Nick Yang in the men's competition finished sixth scoring 290.60 points.

The inaugural Minnesota Diving Invite wraps up tomorrow morning with the finals on the platform begging at 10 a.m.
