Minnesota honored its seniors Maddie Beal, Alyssa Goehner, Molly Lohman and Dalianliz Rosado this weekend. These four joined the Gopher program in 2014 and have been a part of a Big Ten title, two NCAA Final Four appearances and have amassed 103-26 record so far in their four-year tenure. As we prepare for the second season, check out some of their thanks to coaches and fans and advice to teammates and future Gophers.

Maddie Beal: I would like to thank my incredibly supportive family, my Mom, Dad, Brother, and dog Cisco for their endless support and love. I would also like to thank my amazing friends, Brad and Marge, for their support. Thank you to this incredible coaching staff here, teammates and everyone who has worked with the volleyball team. I also want to thank the amazing fans we have here at Minnesota. If I had to give a piece of advice to younger players I would say cherish all your time here at Minnesota because it goes by way to fast, and appreciate all of the support and resources you get while being a student athlete at the University of Minnesota.

Alyssa Goehner: It has been a wonderful four years for me here at the University of Minnesota. Thanks to our awesome fans, coaches, and most importantly, my teammates. Fans, I am so grateful to be a part of something so special with people who support us every up and down along the way, we are very lucky. So thank you! Coaches, you have helped me become not only a better volleyball player, but you have helped me grow over the years into a better, daughter, sister, friend, aunt, roommate, teammate, and person. Thank you for all of your support throughout the years and all the great memories. And to my teammates, thank you so much for making this year so special. We have grown so much over the past year; I'm excited to battle in the post season with you all. Love you guys! The best piece of advice I can give younger players would be to enjoy every moment during your years of volleyball and cherish those relationships you have made through the sport. Thank you Minnesota for the incredible experience you have given me over the last four years.

Molly Lohman: Minnesota Volleyball is truly something special. The support here has been phenomenal, and I can't begin to thank the fans enough. To my family; thank you for the unconditional love and support, I wouldn't be here today without you. I am so grateful for my four years here and a big thank you has to go to the coaching staff. I am a firm believer that this program has the best coaching staff in the country. Having them push me to be the best I can be as a student, player and person has shaped me into who I am today. To the younger players; you are one of very few lucky people that will get the opportunity to be a part of this program. It is a very rare and challenging path; embrace it and give yourself a second to enjoy it. Take advantage of what you have here, four years goes by fast and every day you get here is a gift.

Dalianliz Rosado: Thanks to the coaches for all the support and hard work they put in every day. Thanks to the best fans in the nation. You guys are awesome and it's a privilege to play in front of such an amazing and supportive home crowd. Thanks to my family for being with me every step of the way and for keep pushing to be better in and off the court. To my teammates, thank you and here's some advice from me to you: If you want to achieve something in life, you have to work hard to get it. There is always going to be people who will try to bring you down and tell you, you are not capable of doing it. It's your job to prove them wrong and get to where you want/dream to be.
