Three Gophers Capture Titles at Daktronics // Tickets Available for Air Force Dual // 2017-18 Schedule
Brookings, S.D. provided plenty of action for wrestling fanatics, and the University of Minnesot wrestling team added to that. Three Gophers earned titles at the Daktronics Open, including a second consecutive title for No. 4 Ethan Lizak.
As a team, Minnesota finished with 27 pins on Sunday, including four by Chase O'Connor and three by No. 6 Mitch McKee. Minnesota had 17 wrestlers finish in the top-six, eight of them were finalists.
