ST. PAUL, Minn. - Earlier this month, the Minnesota Wild celebrated Girls' Hockey Weekend presented by Schwans, including a guest appearance at practice by Gopher women's hockey great and U.S. Olympian Krissy Wendell.
To kick off Girls' Hockey Weekend (Dec. 15-17), Wendell joined the Wild for practice at the Xcel Energy Center. She also made the "Let's Play Hockey!" call before the Wild's game against Edmonton.
