Zahui B. Recognized
Amanda Zahui B. received All-EuroLeague Honorable Mention from Eurobasket.com. The 2015 Big Ten Player of the Year averaged 14.9 points and 9.3 rebounds per game, tallying six double-doubles on the season playing for Nadezhda Orenburg.
Kelley Signs with Stars
2015 All-Big Ten First Team player Shae Kelley inked a training camp contract with the San Antonio Stars. Kelley was drafted by the Minnesota Lynx two years ago and was part of the 2015 WNBA Championship team.
Banham Ready to Return
After her rookie season was cut short by surgery, 2016 All-American Rachel Banham set to work rehabbing her knee. She opted not to play overseas in order to best recover for the start of WNBA training camp. The Big Ten's all-time leading scorer recently spoke with the Norwich Bulletin as the Connecticut Sun's season approaches.
