Gophers Beat Buffalo 17-7 in Fleck Debut

The Golden Gophers opened the P.J. Fleck era with a 17-7 win against Buffalo on Thursday night at TCF Bank Stadium.

Sophomore Tyler Johnson had six catches for 141 yards, including a 61-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter, while the quarterback combo of Conor Rhoda and Demry Croft combined to go 19-for-32 for 239 yards and a touchdown.
