Gophers Announce Schedule Updates

MINNEAPOLIS (GopherSports.com) - The No. 3 Gopher Hockey program has announced game times and television broadcast information for nearly all of the 2017-18 season.

FOX Sports North will broadcast 17 regular-season Gopher Hockey contests including the 2017-18 home opener against Penn State on Friday, Oct. 13. The Big Ten Network adds another eight contests, highlighted by Minnesota's game against Michigan State at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, Jan. 20. ESPN has selected a pair of regular-season games for broadcast while CBS Sports Network will air Minnesota's road game at St. Cloud State on Jan. 6. NBC will announce their college hockey broadcast schedule at a later date.
The remaining game information, including the second contest in the Penn State series at 3M Arena at Mariucci, will be announced in the near future.
The Gophers host Alberta in exhibition action on Sunday, Oct. 1. Single-game tickets, season tickets and flexible Pick-Your-Packs are currently available at MyGopherSports.com, by calling 1-800-U-Gopher or by stopping by the ticket office at 3M Arena at Mariucci.
