Gophers Host ANNIKA in Eden Prairie

The Minnesota women's golf team returns home for its next tournament, hosting the prestigious ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M this week.
The 12-team field will compete over three days at Olympic Hills Golf Club in Eden Prairie, beginning Sunday morning. Tee times begin at 9:00 a.m., and the tournament is free and open to the public.
Joining the host Gophers are Arkansas, Baylor, Georgia, Florida State, Furman, Miami, South Carolina, USC, Stanford, UCLA and Texas.
Minnesota will keep its same five players in the lineup this week, consisting of junior Muyu Wu, freshmen Kate Lillie and Grace Kellar, senior Sabrine Garrison and freshman Joanne Free.
The Gophers competed earlier this week, finishing tied for 15th at the Coeur d'Alene Collegiate Invitational in Idaho. Wu led the Gophers, tying for 36th at 7-over-par (76-72-72-220). Lillie was four strokes behind, tying for 54th at 11-over-par (73-77-74-224). Kellar tied for 64th (77-77-72-226), Garrison (72-75-80-227) tied for 68th, while Free placed 85th (83-80-74-237).
Each day of the tournament will feature 18 holes, with live scoring available at the link above.
