Place cleared 4.28m (14-00.50) to win pole vault, marking her fourth PR performance in as many meets as a Gopher. She moved into third among all-time Gopher pole vaulters and improved on her previous indoor career best of 4.00m (13-01.50), set just last weekend at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational. Her performance also bested her outdoor PR of 4.06m (13-03.75) set during the 2016 season.

Ayesha Champagnie (3,711) and Ashley Ramacher (3,662) placed fourth and fifth, respectively. Champagnie's score was her highest as a Gopher, moving her into seventh on Minnesota's all-time list while Ramacher recorded a career-high to move into 10th in program history.

Albrechtsen's top performances on the day included tying for first in pentathlon high jump at 1.70m (5-07.00). She also finished second in the shot put with a throw of 13.23m (43-05.00) and was third in pentathlon long jump (5.29m, 17-04.25) on the way to her third place overall showing.

Champagnie won the pentathlon shot put with a career-best throw of 14.68m (48-02.00). She also took third in the pentathlon 60m hurdles in 8.80 seconds.
