Gophers play seven home games in 2019, including five against Big Ten opponents

University of Minnesota football season ticket holders are now able to renew their seats for the 2019 season. Season tickets are also on-sale now with new season ticket packages starting as low as $35 per game. Season tickets for the 2019 season will have zero price increases.
The Gophers will play seven home games in 2019 including five Big Ten matchups against Illinois, Nebraska, Maryland, Penn State, and Wisconsin.
Minnesota starts the 2019 season on Aug. 29 against border foe South Dakota State. Following a trip to Fresno State on Sept. 7, the Gophers will close their non-conference schedule by hosting Georgia Southern, which went 9-3 during the 2018 season, on Sept. 14.
The Maroon and Gold begin their home Big Ten slate with Homecoming on Oct. 5 as they take on Illinois. The Gophers then welcome Nebraska (Oct. 12), Maryland (Oct. 26), and Penn State (Nov. 9) to TCF Bank Stadium. Minnesota will conclude the regular season on Nov. 30 with a Border Battle game against Wisconsin, as the Gophers look to defend Paul Bunyan's Axe.
Last year, head coach P.J. Fleck and the Gophers signed the highest ranked class in Minnesota history, and they are expected to ink another strong recruiting class this December.
All season ticket holders can take advantage of a flexible six-month payment plan option in addition to the array of benefits included in the Gopher Loyalty Program.
Mini plans, single-game & group tickets, student ticket information and other ticket packages for the 2019 season will be announced at a later date.
