Gophers Hold Annual End of Season Banquet

MINNEAPOLIS - Minnesota men's and women's swimming and diving squad celebrated the 2017-18 season at their annual banquet. The event held on campus Saturday recognized the team's accomplishments as well as individual award winners as found below.
In addition to the current student-athletes, the program recognized Terry Bjokrlund and Linda Schissel with the Spirit of Minnesota Award. Bjokrlund was recognized for his service to Minnesota swimming and diving as the public address announcer for diving while Schissel was honor for being a pioneer in Sports Massage Therapy.
