Gophers to Hold National Anthem Auditions

MINNEAPOLIS -- Gopher Athletics is set to host open auditions for national anthem singers in an effort to expand its pool of performers for home competitions. "Gopher Idol" will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, May 4 at TCF Bank Stadium in the home team media room.
To secure your audition time, fill out the Gopher Idol Audition Form indicating your availability. A Gopher Sports Marketing representative will confirm your audition time.
Participants should enter TCF Bank Stadium through the Dodge County entrance. Each audition will take approximately 10 minutes, and business casual attire is recommended.
National anthem performance opportunities through Gopher Athletics include home events for all 25 intercollegiate athletic programs at the University of Minnesota.
