Men's Basketball Fan Appreciation Day Set for January 12

This year, Gopher Athletics would like to thank the loyal Gopher fan base with Fan Appreciation Day presented by Affinity Plus during the Men's Basketball game against Michigan on Sunday, January 12th at 12:00 pm. This event will be dedicated to the fans by creating a special and memorable game to thank them for their continued support of Gopher Athletics and Gopher Men's Basketball.
"I cannot say enough about how much our program appreciates the tremendous support of our fans," said head coach Richard Pitino. "Time and time again, they help us turn the Barn into one of the toughest places to play in college basketball and we are so grateful for them."
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to take part in the Fan Fest located in Maturi Pavilion starting at 10am for Goldy's Locker Room discounts, fun youth activities, inflatables and much more! In addition, there will be discounted pricing on food and beverages for a special breakfast edition of Gopher Hour.
Those that are attending the pre-game Fan Fest and game itself will have multiple chances to receive samples, prizes and special giveaways from Gopher Athletics and Sponsors of Gopher Athletics.Prizes include Gopher fan items in addition to autographed memorabilia, gear, food, gift cards and more!
Tickets for the game on the 12th are still available and can be purchased at gophersports.com.
