MINNEAPOLIS -- Minnesota Head Coach Lindsay Whalen is excited to announce that registration is now open for summer basketball camps. The Lindsay Whalen Basketball Camps offer options for girls in grades 3-12 (as of the fall of 2019) and will be held at Williams Arena, Maturi Pavilion and Athletes Village.

"My staff and I are really excited about the slate of camps we have to offer this summer. Whalen said. "We're looking forward to helping the next generation of players enhance their games and grow their love of basketball. We believe summer is where you put the work in to be playing in March, and these camps will provide a great avenue to improve and have fun."

Four different camps will be offered this June.

The One Whay Future Camp, June 13 and 17, is for grades 8-12 and is designed to discover, challenge and evaluate players with aspirations of playing at the collegiate level.

The Whay3 Three-on-Three Camp takes place June 21 and will feature fast-paced, intense competition. Those in grads 8-12 can sign up as a team or as an individual.

The following day is the Championship Whay Team Camp for high school or club teams.
With two divisions between large varsity and JV/small varsity, teams are guaranteed three games.

For younger players, The Right Whay Fundamental Camp will be held June 24-25 and 26-27. Players in grades 3-8 will improve their game through fundamental work on offensive and defensive basics including ball handling, shooting, defense and rebounding.
